Prices quoted hereunder are:

Weekly Rentals: for up to 8 guests. Possibility to have 2 extra guests and are charged at 70 € per week each.
- Daily rentals for up to 8 guests ; with a minimum of 3 days and only in low season.
Payment for villa bookings:
Deposit of 25% at booking
Balance plus security deposit eight weeks prior to start of stay
Change over day : Friday
Damages deposit of 500 € required payable with balance. This is returned less any deduction for damages within one week of the end of the rental period.
